At Omnexa Shop LTD, every item is made on demand specifically for you.
Because our products are custom-printed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Choosing the wrong colour or design

However, we will always replace or refund items that arrive:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

  • Poorly printed

Your satisfaction is important to us, and we will handle all issues quickly and professionally.


2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

We require the following:

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photo(s) of the damaged or defective product

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A free replacement, or

  • A full refund

No returns are required for damaged or defective items.


3. Wrong Item Received

If you receive the wrong item, design, or size that you did not order:

We will reship the correct item free of charge or issue a full refund.

Please contact us within 14 days with photos of the item received.


4. Non-Returnable Items

Because all products are custom-printed on demand, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Size issues

  • Colour or design preference

  • Customer error during checkout

  • Change of mind

Please check your size and order details carefully before purchasing.


5. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours after being placed.
After printing begins, we cannot cancel or modify the order.


6. Lost or Missing Packages

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time:

  • Contact us with your order number

  • We will investigate with the courier

  • If confirmed lost, we will reship the order free or refund it fully


7. Refund Processing Time

Once a refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days

  • Funds will return to your original payment method

Note: Your bank may take additional time to release the funds.
