All our products are printed on demand, which means each item is created only after you place your order.

  • Processing time: 2–5 business days

  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another email with tracking information once shipped

Please note: During holidays or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.


2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after your order has been produced:

United Kingdom

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Europe

  • Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days

Rest of the World

  • Standard Shipping: 10–20 business days

Delivery time may vary depending on location, customs, or courier delays.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery country

  • Number of items

  • Package weight

We aim to keep shipping prices affordable and transparent.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with:

  • Tracking number

  • Courier name

  • Link to track your package online

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.


5. Incorrect Address

If you entered the wrong address:

  • Contact us immediately at support@omnexashop.co.uk

  • If the order has not been printed yet, we will update your address for free

  • If the order has already shipped, we cannot modify the address

    • You may need to reorder the item

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.


6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window:

  1. Contact us with your order number

  2. We will investigate with the courier

  3. If the package is confirmed lost, we will reship it free of charge or issue a full refund

We always guarantee delivery.


7. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees or import taxes.

  • These fees are not included in your order price

  • Customers are responsible for paying any additional charges required by their country

Customs delays are outside our control.
